Brand Strategy

Situation: Ola Abid Interior Design & Architecture (OA) found themselves at a crucial juncture where their lack of a structured social media presence hindered their visibility in the highly competitive luxury design market. With a heavy reliance on word-of-mouth referrals, the firm recognized the urgent need to establish a digital footprint that accurately reflected their premium offerings and craftsmanship.

Task: My mandate was clear: spearhead the development of a comprehensive brand strategy and initiate a robust social media campaign for OA. The primary objective was to craft a cohesive narrative that not only showcased the firm's opulent designs but also highlighted their core values, ultimately driving lead generation.

Action: Mindful of Ola's goals and challenges, I orchestrated a multifaceted approach to address key areas critical to the brand's growth. This included:

  1. Elevating Ola's personal brand and positioning her as a thought leader in the industry.

  2. Implementing a strategic content calendar aimed at building anticipation for the firm's projects, which often entailed lengthy timelines.

  3. Articulating OA’s ethos by communicating the rationale behind their design decisions and the transformative impact of their services.

  4. Curated content to highlight the Italian and Indonesian furniture available for purchase, thereby catering to a broader clientele base beyond renovation projects.

  5. Instilling confidence in potential high-profile clients by positioning OA as a premier firm synonymous with excellence and trustworthiness.

In addition to devising tailored templates and frameworks, I provided hands-on guidance to both the marketing and creative teams, ensuring alignment with the overarching brand strategy. A six-month roadmap served as a blueprint for executing our vision cohesively across all touch-points.

Result: The implementation of our strategy yielded tangible results, evidenced by a notable uptick in engagement metrics and a marked improvement in lead generation. Notably, the firm secured its inaugural client acquisition through Instagram, signaling the efficacy of our revamped digital presence. Furthermore, the newfound clarity in brand direction gave a sense of purpose within the organisation, solidifying OA’s position as a formidable player in the luxury design landscape.
